We make memories for your head, heart and stomach! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US

To help you feel at home here with us, we ask our guests to comply with the following rules:

Office and minimarket opening times:
open daily from 8 am to 12.00 pm and 3-7 pm
In high season (July & August) from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm and 3-8 pm.
The stated opening times refer to peak season. In the off-season, the times are posted in reception.

Check-in:
you can move onto your site between 3 and 7 pm, later arrival possible by request. If your site is available earlier, you may move onto it in the morning.

Check-out:
you must vacate your site by 11 am.

Late check-out:
by request, you may stay on your site until the afternoon (surcharge: 1/2 day).

Wireless internet:
free wifi throughout the campsite.

Quiet times:
1-3 pm and 10 pm to 7 am; during this time, the barrier will be closed, but you may be able to park in the restaurant car park. Only drive at walking pace on the camp site.

Sanitary facilities:
our sanitary block is located in the basement of the main building and is open 24 hours a day. We work hard to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. Please leave them in the condition that you would like to find them in.

Bread roll ordering service:
bread rolls are available in the minimarket on working days (also on Sundays and public holidays in August) without the need to pre-order.

Visitors:
you are welcome to have visitors, but we do ask that they identify themselves at Reception.

Guest Pass:
this free visitor card is available from Reception. It enables you to use public transport free of charge and also offers other benefits.

Waste separation / recycling:
we ask that you carefully separate your waste into the containers provided for the purpose: glass, paper, metal, plastic bottles, tetra paks, cartons, residual waste.

Open fires
(with the exception of a barbecue on a frame) are forbidden due to the risk of fire.

Use of the playground
is at your own risk. Please do not leave your children unattended. We ask that you also respect the quiet times in the playground.

Dogs
must be kept on a lead. Please make use of the dog toilets!

Theft:
please keep an eye on your own property. No liability can be accepted for possible thefts or damage.

Electricity:
electricity (16 amps) will be charged according to consumption.

Water:
drinking water quality throughout

Camper service:
the camper service is located in the car park (outside the camp site).

Chemical toilets:
chemical toilets are in the main building and in the WC building (meadow).

Water supply and wastewater Comfort sites:
you can empty grey water (small pipe) and chemical toilets (large pipe) directly in the comfort sites. The water supply is of drinking water quality.

Gas bottles:
should you need a gas bottle, please let us know in Reception on a morning and we will be pleased to exchange it in the afternoon. We have the German 5 kg and 11 kg gas bottles (steel bottles) and the Italian 10 kg, 15 kg and 25 kg gas bottles.

TV connection:
you will need a DVB-T connection.

Washing machine / dryer:
tokens are available in Reception for the use of the washing machines / dryers at a cost of €3.50 each.

Sauna:
please contact Reception at least 1 hour in advance if you would like to book a sauna. The sauna is suitable for between 2 and 4 people.

Infrared cabins:
the infrared cabins can be used without a reservation. They are suitable for 2 people.
